Effective Reading Materials for Kids
Isn't it amazing if your child can read?
If your child is struggling in reading, encourage them to read regularly and create a reading routine. Use the different reading strategies or styles until you find the best reading approach for your child where he/she can easily read the consonant and vowel letters together or the syllables.
Reading the words syllable by syllable is the most effective way of reading. Hence, these hyphenated words will help your child to develop his/her reading skills.
The vowel letter of the first syllable starts with the letter o, and the next syllables are either the vowel letter a, e, or i. These example hyphenated words are similar to the previous blog, Hyphenated words with the vowel letter O in big letters, but these are in small letters.
In this reading material, most of the example words for the consonant letters c, f, j, v, and z, are English words because in Tagalog, there are rare words that start with these letters followed by a vowel letter o. There are no example words for the consonant letters ng, q, w, and x because there are little to no words that start with these letters followed by a vowel letter o.
Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, students and teachers are now embracing the new normal in education. It only not affects the students and teachers but the parents and guardians as well.
If your child is still having difficulty reading, the effective way is to read the words syllable by syllable.
